Life is Full of Surprises

That’s one of the reasons we read books–and write them, for that matter: to bring the unique and unbelievable to life.

That’s why I have to share this operatic event. I’m not an opera fan, but after watching this, you better believe I’d go to the Philadelphia Opera. I wonder how I can incorporate this type of thinking into the marketing of my book…

operaphila — April 26, 2010 — On Saturday, April 24th, the Opera Company of Philadelphia teamed up with the Reading Terminal Market Italian Festival for a large-scale “Flash Opera” event! Over 30 members of the Opera Company of Philadelphia Chorus and principal cast members of LA TRAVIATA performed the famed “Brindisi” in the aisles of Reading Terminal Market, entertaining hundreds of Philadelphians, and proving that the perfect accompaniment for all things Italian is a little Verdi!
