No labor-free days for writers!

Labor Day, the first Monday in September, is an American holiday (though with different names throughout the world) dedicated to the achievements of American workers. Take today to think about it. Me, I’ll take it literally–labor! A keyboard and a six-pack of Red Bull. I’m ready!

  1. Well, what are Holidays for?

Have the weekend off, lazing around and barbecue with friends, going to the beach, or travel, all that it’s for those who have plenty of time to waste Jacqui, not us! 🙂

      • Well Jacqui, my commentary was tongue in cheek, to make you laugh, but in fact I am no different from you, once I turn on my computer seven, or more hours can go by, before I notice it’s time to take a break, or do something else like taking care from other business, or household chores, many times I got to hurry up before they close stores, or banks, and after I am done, I go to my books, or back to the computer, until too late at night, to be honest.

I guess it’s my character (I am an INFJ ) have been that way all my life, since I learned how to read, before computers, was just books, now computer and books, I do write a little bit.

To be honest, I do not know where I found time to work, and care for families, and children, or to do anything else!

Although, no Red Bull for me, instead quad espressos over ice, occasionally Chai Tea for a change, on Sunday I have lunch with friends, or family. 🙂
