writers groupThis post is for Alex Cavanaugh’s Insecure Writers Support Group (click the link for details on what that means and how to join. The first Wednesday of every month, we all post our thoughts, fears or words of encouragement for fellow writers.

This month’s insecurity – That my blog hop will flop

Request for help with my Blog Hop

To avoid a blog hop flop, I’d love you to visit my blog hop, and then drop in on my partners, as part of my book launch, starting March 7th.  I’ll be answering questions about my book, how I wrote and researched it (I mean, there weren’t any records 850,000 years ago!). There is also an interview with me as well as articles on specific topics like:

I have a Confession: I’m a Whale Reader (visit Chris the Storyreading Ape to find out more)

The Where in a Novel: How to Portray Setting When You Can’t Get There (visit JQ Rose to find out more)

I look forward to seeing you there!

If you RT, FB, LI, Instagram, or share, I’ll send positive thoughts your way for a full day!

  2. This is very exciting! I’m a bit of a neanderthal with the whole process, but I’m happy to drop in, retweet, do whatever to the five people that follow me to help your book launch!

  3. Good luck with your blog hop and release! I’ll come back and look at the blog hop when the link goes live. Right now it isn’t working, because it’s not tomorrow yet, I guess! Sounds really good! Thanks for dropping by my blog and commenting.

    • Thank you for understanding that a permalink doesn’t work until publication. I can’t tell you how many emails I answer that start with, “The link doesn’t work” and end with “Check publications date”. I have to delete the expletives!
