  1. Hi Jacqui, thank you for your Thanksgiving wishes. It’s going to be a “Zoom Thanksgiving” for us with our far-flung family. And although we’ll miss the hugs, we’ll still be able to see each other. Yay! All the best, Terri

  2. Even though many of us can’t have our family for this Thanksgiving (and like you, we are not leaving home) we can still feel so much gratitude for our lives, for our family, for our writing and our writing community! Happy Thanksgiving, Jacqui.

  3. Happy Thanksgiving to you, Jacqui! I canceled my trip to Oregon to see my grandkids. There’s a self-quarantine for 14 days when arriving in Oregon and we originally planned to stay for six days. It’s complicated to change our flight schedule. See you soon enough!

  4. I hope you have a good holiday! We will need a rest by the time Thanksgiving comes. We have spent the last week and a half cleaning out the van, refinishing floors, etc. Its a good break from travel but we need a break from cleaning now.

  5. Have a lovely rest and recuperation over your annual turkey. Just as an update, I have started querying – usually agents start to close to queries from Thanksgiving (which is why I wanted to get out there now) but quite a few chose Halloween this year. I think that’s a reflection on 2020!!

  6. Thank you for sharing!!.. have a safe and wonderful Thanksgiving, may each and every day be filled with love and happiness and life is all that you wish for it to be!!.. 🙂

On Thanksgiving day and every day..
May flowers always line your path
    and sunshine light your way,
    May songbirds serenade your
    every step along the way,
May a rainbow run beside you
in a sky that’s always blue,
And may happiness fill your heart
each day your whole life through.
May the sun shine all day long
Everything go right, nothing go wrong
May those you love bring love back to you
And may all the wishes you wish come true

      • That makes sense … I’m so muddled – the book I wanted to read I leant to a friend … couldn’t find it here and then she said she’d got it – lives a few miles out of Eastbourne – but I’ll get it back anon … and then write to you about it …
I have the accompanying/suggested Sci-Film to watch as well …
Just enjoy – and let’s hope life eases up by the time Christmas comes … we have our hassles here with Brexit.
Take care, relax and recover … all the best – Hilary xo

  7. In keeping with the Thanksgiving theme of gratitude of what I am grateful for. I am grateful for you. How you tirelessly teach, inspire and share and encourage others with your talents and gifts. Have a blessed, safe and healthy Thanksgiving.
