The Beauty of Nature

My trip was amazing but I’m going to let pictures speak for me. I hope you enjoy them. Hover over image for the subtitle:

the Rowe-Delamagente thrillers and Building a Midshipman, the story of her daughter’s journey from high school to United States Naval Academy. Her non-fiction includes over a hundred books on integrating tech into education, reviews as an Amazon Vine Voice,  a columnist for NEA Today, and a freelance journalist on tech ed topics. Look for her next prehistoric fiction, Laws of Nature, Summer 2021.

    • I didn’t know that about honey and eggs until I tried my sister’s. They are quite different from what I get in a store. Thanks, Jeff. Tina’s spiritual so I told her about my online pastor friend (that’s you).

  1. Thank you for sharing your adventures!… do hope you had a wonderful vacation and the weather were pleasant!.. with all the pictures it felt as if I were actually there… “Life gives us brief moments with another, but sometimes in those brief moments we get memories that last a lifetime, So live that your memories will be part of your happiness.” (Author Unknown)… 🙂

    Until we meet again..
May flowers always line your path
    and sunshine light your way,
    May songbirds serenade your
    every step along the way,
May a rainbow run beside you
in a sky that’s always blue,
And may happiness fill your heart
each day your whole life through.

  2. I’m glad you were able to escape for a bit, Jacqui. How great to be able to spend time with family. Your airport was way busier than anything we experienced. We’re off on our second post-Covid trip this coming weekend as we have a family reunion in upstate Minnesota for a family reunion that got postponed last year.

  3. Oh yeah, that’s definitely IN. We lived in Lafayette for 12 years. I worked at Purdue. My nephew is getting his doctorate from Purdue this month. It will be the first in the family. Woo Hoo!
You can sure see that you and your sis are related.
So glad you had a wonderful time.

  4. Beautiful photos, Jacqui! I’m glad you had such a wonderful time in the countryside. You and your sister sure look alike. The photo of the diapered dog reminded me of the time we put one of those on Maya, so she wouldn’t keep chewing her behind! Welcome back, refreshed and recharged! 🙂

  5. Looks like you had a wonderful time with your sis, Jacqui. You rarely share anything personal, and it’s so lovely to get a peek at your day and the things you enjoy. This outdoors girl loved the bees and flowers and baby birds. Welcome home. 😀

  6. What wonderful photos! It looks like you had a fantastic time, Jacqui. I would love to take a stroll on one of those flat country roads. And that photo of the escaped bees was amazing. I bet they made a lot of noise, LOL.
